Business Development Associate – B2B Sales (Ayurvedic & Nutraceutical Division)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to drive B2B sales for our Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical product range. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential distributors, retailers, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare partners, and building strong business relationships to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads including:
  • Distributors
  • Wholesalers
  • Pharmacies
  • Ayurvedic clinics
  • Doctors and healthcare practitioners
  • Retail chains and wellness stores
  • Promote and sell the company's Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical products to business clients.
  • Conduct cold calls, field visits, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Schedule meetings and present product portfolio and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and close sales deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
  • Maintain sales reports and client database.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Ayurveda, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • 2-7 years in B2B sales, pharma sales, nutraceutical sales, or Ayurvedic sales
  • Freshers with strong sales skills and interest in healthcare industry may apply

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
