Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and convert potential students or parents through calls, messages, and online interactions.
  • Explain the company’s educational programs (JEE, NEET, and tuition courses) and guide learners through the enrollment process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align strategies for business growth.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools or company databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable with phone calls, virtual meetings, and digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Prior experience in EdTech / sales / customer relations is an added advantage.
