A Business Development Associate is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth by converting prospects into customers.

  • Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
