Business Development Associate - Clinical Lab Testing

We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to grow Kephera Diagnostics’ clinical testing business. This position will support the commercialization, sales and marketing of Kephera’s diagnostic tests in the areas of women’s health and infectious diseases.

Responsibilities

· Research and identify customer leads for Kephera’s CLIA laboratory testing business

· Marketing and sales of CLIA tests to clinical customers including healthcare organizations, providers, and laboratories

· Support for DTC sales and marketing for CLIA tests

· Interaction with the R&D and CLIA laboratory teams to support commercial services

Requirements

· Business development/sales/marketing experience in the field of in vitro diagnostics, desirably in clinical laboratory testing.

· Bachelor’s degree

· Technical understanding of infectious disease and pathogen testing technologies.

· Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently.

· Entrepreneurial spirit.

Preferred

· Experience in sales and marketing in the women's health field

· Laboratory experience, preferably in a CLIA environment

· Basic science degree plus Business degree with focus on healthcare services and products

· Experience in reimbursement procedures for clinical testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
