We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Associate to join our BD team. What You’ll Do:

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients for software services
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and client responses
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the BD and marketing team to generate business
• Maintain professional and clear communication with potential clients

What We’re Looking For:

• BS Graduate (mandatory, no students currently enrolled)
• 0–6 months (Entry-Level)
• Native or near-native English fluency (spoken & written)
• Strong written communication for professional outreach
• Basic understanding of IT services/software development is a plus
• Previous experience in an IT company/software house is a bonus
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
