Job Role

• Handle customer enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Indiamart, and other online platforms
• Explain products clearly and help customers choose the right options
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Share product details, pricing, and order updates
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure smooth communication
• Support the sales team with daily follow-ups
