Compensation
Base salary plus KPI-based monthly commissions ($250 to $1,000+)

Overview
We are a fast-growing startup seeking a disciplined, results-driven Business Development Associate to support outbound sales efforts.

This role is built for individuals who are comfortable with high-volume outreach, structured workflows, and performance-based accountability. You will operate remotely and are expected to manage your time effectively without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Make approximately 120 outbound cold calls per day to organizations across the United States
  • Present a no-cost offering clearly and confidently
  • Execute outbound email outreach and manage follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Conduct basic lead research and support campaign execution
  • Complete additional operational or sales support tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of high-volume outbound phone sales experience
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work
  • Must be comfortable with repetitive, metrics-driven work environments

Performance Expectations

  • 30-day probationary period with performance evaluated from day one
  • Daily activity and KPIs are tracked and reviewed regularly
  • Calls may be monitored for quality and coaching purposes

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
