Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Counselor who can connect with students, understand their preparation journey, and guide them toward the right Mentorship or Course plans. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, empathetic, and passionate about education sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads generated through various channels (calls, WhatsApp, email).
• Counsel students on MentorsDaily’s programs, batches, and mentorship plans.
• Convert potential leads into enrolled students.
• Maintain daily follow-up data on Google Sheets.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide honest feedback from student interactions to improve the sales process.
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand student needs and pitch accordingly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / CRM tools.
