Role Overview

The Business Development Associate bridges engineering insight with commercial growth. This role focuses on understanding client operations, translating technical requirements into value-driven solutions, and supporting revenue generation across industrial segments. You will work closely with the Support team and clients to position the right products, demonstrate technical value, and build long-term customer partnerships.

Think of this role as part consultant, part growth catalyst, and part relationship

Qualification: BTech / BE (Mechanical / Electrical)

Location: Navi Mumbai

No. of vacancies: 4

Selection Process: After initial screening based on academic performance and aptitude test, there will be a technical interview and an HR interview

Training: 1 year on-the job training

Post Training Employment: Trainees who successfully complete the training will be absorbed in regular position with revision of salary.

Salary: 250000-300000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

Engage with industrial clients to understand operational challenges and application requirements.

Provide technical consultation and recommend optimal mechanical and electromechanical engineering solutions.

Support the sales team with pre-sales engineering expertise, product positioning, and solution design.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase application-specific value.

Respond proactively to client queries, offering practical and commercially viable recommendations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and account growth.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within existing accounts.
