Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team, with a strong background in using Apollo for lead generation and sales prospecting, alongside proven experience in closing international deals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a track record of successfully driving growth in international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize Apollo to effectively identify and target high-quality leads across international markets. Develop and implement strategies for outreach, building a solid pipeline of prospects.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to secure new business.
  • International Deal Closing: Leverage your experience in negotiating and closing international contracts, ensuring that deals are tailored to local markets and meet organizational goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction post-deal closure.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and international market demands to adapt business strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to refine the sales process, optimize strategies, and drive business growth across global markets.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong proficiency in using Apollo or similar sales prospecting tools for lead generation.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing international deals, with a solid understanding of cross-border business practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS is a plus.
