Business Development Associate - Profile & Marketplace Optimization

We are seeking a Business Development Associate - Profile & Marketplace Optimization with up to 1 year of hands-on experience in profile optimization, marketplace management, and digital presence enhancement to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

1. Profile Optimization and Marketplace Management

• Optimize company profiles across marketplaces and business platforms.
• Manage and improve visibility on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Assist in maintaining profile rankings, engagement, and lead generation performance.
• Support ongoing profile maintenance and optimization activities to improve marketplace presence.

2. Service Content and Business Listing Optimization

• Prepare optimized service descriptions, portfolio content, and business listings.
• Ensure marketplace profiles and listings remain professional, updated, and aligned with company services.
• Assist in improving profile presentation and content quality to enhance conversion potential.

3. Marketplace Performance Monitoring and Analysis

• Monitor profile performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support profile optimization strategies.
• Assist in improving response rates, engagement, and marketplace visibility through continuous optimization efforts.

4. Proposal Optimization and Marketplace Communication

• Support proposal optimization and related marketplace communication tasks.
• Assist in maintaining professional communication standards across marketplaces and business platforms.
• Coordinate follow-ups and communication activities as assigned.

5. Coordination and Operational Support

• Work directly under the supervision and guidance of the current Marketplace Profiles & Catalog Optimization Specialist.
• Coordinate closely on daily operational, optimization, and execution-related tasks.
• Support day-to-day business development operations and reporting activities.
• Assist with additional marketplace, optimization, and operational tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Up to 1 year of hands-on experience in profile optimization, marketplace management, business development, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant internship experience and strong theoretical understanding of bidding, marketplace operations, and digital profile optimization are also encouraged to apply.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have practical experience working on freelancing or business platforms.
• Basic to good understanding of platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Ability to prepare and optimize service descriptions, portfolio content, and business listings.
• Understanding of profile visibility, engagement improvement, and marketplace optimization practices.
• Strong written communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze competitor activity and marketplace trends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling operational tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work under supervision and coordinate effectively with team members and management.

Working Conditions:

• Location: On-site, Gulberg 3, Lahore
• Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
• Working Hours: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM
• Compensation: PKR 40,000 to PKR 60,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
