We are looking for a Business Development Associate on commission basis, who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across various industries.

You will act as the face of the agency to prospective clients, introducing our services such as digital marketing strategy, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through multiple channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media networking, and industry events.
  • Prospecting: Conduct research to understand prospective client needs and decision-makers.
  • Consultative Selling: Present the agency’s value proposition, propose solutions based on client objectives, and tailor service offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using an Excel which will be monitored by the senior manager
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding after deal closure.
  • Networking: Participate in relevant webinars, forums, and industry events to build contacts and enhance the agency’s brand visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the agency’s strategy, creative, and account management teams to ensure prospects receive expert input during the sales process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on target achievement and sales activities to the Business Development Manager or team lead.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing (freshers with exceptional drive may apply)
  • Previous agency sales experience is a must

Compensation

  • This position is strictly commission-based.
  • We promise Attractive commission structure: 20% of the total deal value. For ex: If you close a deal worth ₹1 lac, your commissions will be ₹20,000
  • Incentives and bonuses available for top performers
  • No fixed salary; earnings are directly tied to sales performance
