Job Title: Software Sales Executive / Software Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Software Sales Professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, understand client technical requirements, present tailored software solutions, and manage the complete sales cycle. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software sales activities, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Engage with clients to understand their business and technical requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients.
- Manage complex and long sales cycles, including proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals, repeat business, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, delivery, and marketing) to ensure successful deal execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software or IT services sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of software solutions, IT products, or SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, or customized IT solutions.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹236,202.52 - ₹787,688.67 per year
