Business Development Caller

Job Description:
We are hiring confident Business Development Callers for our on-site Frontier outbound campaign. This role focuses on reaching potential customers, presenting Frontier services, and converting leads into sales. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals who are goal-driven and willing to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Introduce and explain Frontier services clearly
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans
• Convert prospects into confirmed sales
• Maintain call results and sales records
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets
• Follow campaign standards and quality guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or above
• Strong communication skills
• Sales-focused and target-driven mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work night shifts
• On-site availability
