Business Development Catalyst | Corporate Communications

Gul Khan Truck Art is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Karachi.

We need someone who can spot growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales across retail, corporate, gifting, wholesale, and partnership channels. This role is for someone commercial, proactive, and confident in turning conversations into business.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and partners
  • Generate leads through outreach, networking, and market research
  • Develop sales plans and execute strategies to meet business targets
  • Pitch products and custom solutions to potential clients
  • Negotiate deals, pricing, and partnership terms
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
  • Track market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity
  • Prepare regular sales and business development reports

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Experience in retail, gifting, lifestyle, handicrafts, furniture, or related sectors is a plus
  • Good understanding of the Karachi market
  • Self-driven, organized, and commercially strong
