Business Development Center Agent

Job Description:
Rusty Wallace GMC Kia is searching for a qualified and experienced Business Development Center Agent. BDC Agents will be dealing exclusively with inbound calls sales, and leads generated by our dealership’s website.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls only for service department to set up service appointments
• Daily filing of paperwork
• Helping customers in-person during high volume hours
• Training for writing internal repair orders

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.

• Customer Service background is preferred
• Proven experience at building relationships and working in teams
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance
• Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries
• Professional Appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
