Business Development Center Agent

Cambridge Honda is growing and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team.

As a BDC Agent / Sales Appointment Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers—handling inbound phone calls, emails, and text inquiries. No cold calling required. If you’re positive, driven, and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Schedule sales and service appointments
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact
  • Work closely with the sales and management teams

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $55,000–$75,000+ annual earning potential 1ST YEAR
  • Hourly pay plus commission

Requirements:

  • Automotive BDC or Call Center Experience is preferred
  • (Candidates with prior BDC experience are strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • High-energy, positive, and professional demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • All interviews are scheduled in advance and held at Cambridge Honda in Cambridge MA

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
