Job Description

Doleep Studios is a leading video and creative production company in the UAE, specializing in corporate videos, branded content, animation, and digital advertising. We are looking for a Business Development & Client Relations Specialist to join our energetic and innovative team. This role is centered around building strong client relationships, managing projects, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Role Overview

As a Business Development & Client Relations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging client experience from first interaction to project completion. You will work closely with creative teams to align client needs with the right production and digital solutions, while maintaining long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and overseeing projects from start to finish
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from Doleep Studios’ video, animation, and digital services
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and budget estimates aligned with client objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client documentation, records, and CRM data
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Provide post-project support to encourage repeat business and long-term collaboration
  • Share client insights, feedback, and market opportunities with management

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Success, B2B consulting, sales, or marketing within the UAE
  • Strong written and spoken English (Arabic and/or Russian proficiency is highly preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and CRM practices
  • Understanding of corporate project processes, including quotations, POs, invoicing, and client documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 15,000 per month, based on performance and experience
