About the Role

We are looking for a proactive individual who can independently manage the full sales cycle — from outreach to closing — and also handle client coordination after onboarding. This is a key role directly contributing to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

-Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, and other platforms

-Conduct discovery calls & close new business deals

-Prepare proposals and present solutions to clients

-Manage existing clients — communication, feedback, updates

-Coordinate with internal team for project execution

-Maintain CRM / lead pipeline and reporting

Skills & Requirements

-Excellent communication & negotiation skills

-Strong understanding of websites / digital marketing services

-Self-driven — can operate without constant instruction

-Good written English (for emails & proposals)

-Prior experience in IT service selling is a plus

Compensation

-Base salary (depending on experience)

-Commission per deal (performance based, no earning limit)
