We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern who has a basic understanding of cold emailing, outreach, and proposal writing. The ideal candidate should be familiar with key BD tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, and CRM platforms, and be eager to learn how to apply them in real client acquisition workflows.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Use Sales Navigator to filter and target relevant leads
- Create and manage cold email campaigns for outreach
- Draft and refine business proposals for clients
- Maintain lead information and progress in CRM systems (HubSpot/Apollo/etc.)
- Support the BD team with daily tasks, follow-ups, and client communication
- Assist in developing strategies to improve lead generation and conversion
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of cold emailing, proposals, and outreach tactics
- Familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, and email warm-up or automation tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured environment and meet deadlines
- A learning mindset with strong attention to detail
- Interest in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
