Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Consultant located at EFU Life Assurance - Karachi Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch in Karachi East District. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, providing expert consulting to clients, and creating business plans. The consultant will also be tasked with maintaining effective communication with potential and existing clients to maximize business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Consulting and Business Planning skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing market reports is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
