Business Development & Contract Acquisition (MEP / Electromechanical Maintenance – UAE Market)

• Lead business development initiatives to secure MEP and electromechanical maintenance contracts with FM companies, real estate developers, and government/semi-government entities across the UAE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with FM managers, project directors, procurement teams, consultants, and government authorities
• Identify and pursue long-term maintenance contracts for commercial towers, residential communities, infrastructure, hospitals, malls, and government facilities
• Prepare, review, and submit pre-qualifications, tenders, RFPs, and technical-commercial proposals in compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and operations teams to ensure competitive pricing, technical compliance, and service excellence
• Manage contract negotiations, clarifications, and finalization to ensure profitability and risk control
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government tender portals to capture new opportunities
• Support mobilization and handover of awarded contracts to operations teams
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and strategic growth objectives within the UAE FM and MEP maintenance sector
