Business Development Contractor (1099) – Vending & Micro Market Services
Vend-Amenities LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned company bringing modern, AI-powered vending and micro market solutions to workplaces across the DMV. We’re looking for a driven, commission-focused sales contractor to help us expand into warehouses, construction sites, and large office environments.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients
- Send targeted outbound emails to generate interest
- Identify and qualify decision-makers (facility managers, property managers, operations leaders)
- Book qualified meetings for the owner to close
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
Compensation (Performance-Based)
- $100 per qualified meeting booked
- $500 bonus for each signed agreement (locations with 50+ employees)
- $750 bonus for each signed agreement (locations with 90+ employees)
- Unlimited earning potential — the more you book, the more you earn
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong communication and confidence speaking with business decision-makers
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently (1099 contractor role)
