About the Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Contractor (1099) to expand our client base through strategic outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling.
This is a commission-based, performance-driven role. Success in this position requires someone who takes ownership of their pipeline, creates opportunities, and consistently converts prospects into clients.
This is not a passive sales role—we are looking for someone who is motivated by results, accountability, and earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with TRHR Consulting services
- Build and actively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach
- Conduct consultative conversations that align client needs with TRHR solutions
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure strong client fit and service alignment
- Support a smooth transition from signed client to onboarding
Compensation Structure
- Commission-based earnings tied directly to closed business
- Ongoing commission on recurring client revenue (retainers/subscriptions)
- New contractor bonus: Earn $500 for each of your first 3 clients closed within your first 90 days
- Additional performance-based incentives as revenue grows

- Strong ability to move prospects from initial conversation to close

- Experience in HR, consulting, nonprofit, or healthcare industries is a strong plus
