Business Development Coordinator

Role Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Business Development department by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and proactive communication with management regarding ongoing BD activities. Preference will be given to Saudi female candidates with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Accountabilities & Activities

  1. Daily Business Development Department Reporting
  2. Collect daily BD reports from the team of Business Development Executives.
  3. Ensure reports are completed according to set standards.
  4. Compile daily reports into the master document.
  5. Provide timely daily reports to management.
  6. Generate weekly and monthly reports promptly.
  7. Maintain the filing system for business development records and prepare reports for the finance department.
  1. Quality Check
  2. Serve as the primary contact for quality checks related to BD Executive reports.
  3. Report quality check outcomes to management daily.
  1. Pre-Sales Activities
  2. Track proposal requirements from the business development team.
  3. Follow up with relevant departments for proposal preparation.
  4. Ensure timely submission of proposals.
  5. Follow up with clients after proposal submission.
  6. Collaborate with other departments for efficient handling of queries and deliveries.
  1. Telemarketing Activities
  2. Perform telemarketing and outreach activities using designated tools.
  3. Call prospective clients as directed by senior management.
  4. Introduce the company professionally and explain services offered.
  5. Support new business efforts through proactive follow-up and communication.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Knowledge / Skills

  • Ability to meet targets and complete tasks.
  • Expertise in multitasking and setting priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to improve.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Education / Certifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration from a recognized university.

Experience / Job Preference

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Coordinator.

Preference for Saudi females.
