Business Development Coordinator

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

ZERVV is looking for a dedicated and result-driven Business Development Coordinator to strengthen our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in managing Fiverr and Upwork accounts, excels in client communication, and has a proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities. The candidate should be confident, detail-orientated, and capable of representing the company professionally in all communications.

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for driving new business through online platforms, managing client communications, preparing proposals, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy. You will be expected to understand client needs, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company accounts on Fiverr and Upwork, including project bidding, proposal writing, and account optimisation.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop tailored proposals and deliver persuasive pitches to attract new clients.
• Handle incoming client queries, provide timely responses, and ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to build strong professional relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for ongoing improvements.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or handling Fiverr/Upwork platforms.
• Ability to prepare compelling proposals and communicate effectively with international clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Must be available for the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Onsite presence is mandatory.
