About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to receive hands-on mentorship while learning multiple areas of the business.

For the first 60–90 days, you'll shadow the owner and gain firsthand experience in:

• Business Development
• Sales
• Marketing
• Operations
• Strategic Partnerships
• Medical Cannabis Industry Regulations
• Entrepreneurship

As your training progresses, you'll begin taking ownership of key initiatives while preparing for a future leadership role within the company.

Primary ResponsibilitiesPharmacy Affiliate Program

You'll become the primary point of contact for our rapidly growing pharmacy affiliate network.

Responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with independent pharmacy partners
• Onboarding new pharmacies
• Coordinating pharmacy training
• Ensuring pharmacies have the marketing materials they need
• Managing affiliate communications
• Helping pharmacies increase patient referrals
• Coordinating promotional campaigns and card drive events
• Maintaining long-term relationships with pharmacy owners and staff

Our goal isn't simply to sign pharmacies—we want every pharmacy partner to be successful.

Physician & Medical Practice Development

You'll also be trained in outside healthcare sales, helping us expand our physician referral network throughout Georgia.

This includes developing relationships with:

• Primary Care Physicians
• Pain Management Clinics
• Orthopedic Practices
• Neurologists
• Oncologists
• Hospice Providers
• Behavioral Health Providers
• Chiropractors
• Other qualifying healthcare providers

Responsibilities include:

• Visiting physician offices
• Educating providers on Georgia's Medical Cannabis Program
• Building referral partnerships
• Scheduling lunch-and-learn presentations
• Developing long-term relationships with physicians and practice managers
• Helping practices understand which patients may qualify for medical cannabis under Georgia law

Sales & Marketing

• Assist with digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate social media initiatives
• Work with outside marketing agencies
• Help organize community outreach events
• Attend networking events and trade shows
• Support grand openings and promotional events
• Assist with patient education campaigns

Business Development

As the company continues to grow, you'll assist with:

• New pharmacy partnerships
• Expansion into additional states
• Strategic business partnerships
• Community outreach
• New business initiatives
• Launching new medical cannabis ventures

Operations

• Learn company systems and processes
• Help improve operational workflows
• Coordinate projects
• Support leadership with special initiatives
• Assist with day-to-day business operations
