Business Development cum HR Executive

We are looking for Growth Focused individuals to join our team at Dollars & YOU as a Business Development Executive (IT) cum HR.

As a BDE, you'll be responsible for -
- Research and identify new project opportunities on Upwork and other websites
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals that effectively showcase the company's capabilities
- Manage client relationships, from initial contact to project completion
- Negotiate project terms and conditions

HR Part -

• To post job ads on job boards and social media platforms.
• To take time to time follow ups of the candidates by call or text to avoid any communication gap.
• To interact with the applicants on call ,text and via mail .

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an online bidder on freelance websites especially Upwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
