Seeking professional Business Development cum Marketing. The role tailored to an Interior Fit-Out, Renovation, Small Building Construction, Building Materials, and General Trading company.
Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development Executive
- Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Identify and engage prospective clients in interior fit-out, renovation, small construction, and trading sectors using cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Proposal & Tender Management: Draft, submit, and negotiate proposals, RFQs, and RFPs; tailor presentations to win projects.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants in Dubai’s interior, building materials, and fit-out markets.
- Sales Pipeline & Reporting: Track business opportunities in CRM, deliver regular forecast and pipeline reports.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and market intelligence to refine sales strategies.
- Networking & Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings; enhance visibility and credibility.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, and more).
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters to drive user engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media performance metrics to improve digital strategies and report on results.
- Assist in managing the company’s website and ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with team members to establish marketing strategies and deliverables.
B. Administration & Office Coordination
- Operational Support: Manage daily office operations—filing systems, vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoicing, and office supplies.
- Document & Contract Handling: Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, client correspondence, and administrative records.
- Coordination with Teams: Liaise with project, procurement, finance, and external teams to synchronize business development and operational workflows.
- Reporting & Data Management: Prepare management reports detailing sales status, admin metrics, and market updates. Utilize Excel, Word, CRM, or ERP systems as needed.
- Support Events & Communication: Help manage internal communications, team meetings, and minor marketing activities as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in business development or admin roles within interior fit-out, construction, or trading sectors in the UAE.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of UAE fit-out, renovation, general contracting, building materials, or trading dynamics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems.
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred (necessary for client and site visits).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Business, or related field is preferred.
- Other Traits: Strong negotiation, presentation, organizational skills, and multitasking ability in fast-paced environment.
