We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on professional who can balance sales growth and client acquisition with project delivery and operational management.

Role Overview

The Business Development & Delivery Manager will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of software projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can work across sales, operations, and delivery while contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (Sales Focus)

  • Identify and pursue new clients, partnerships, and business opportunities across UAE and regional markets.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Project Delivery (Execution Focus)

  • Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure project requirements are well defined.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Track progress using project management tools and ensure milestones are met.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and client onboarding.
  • Provide post-delivery support and ensure client satisfaction.

Operations (Supportive Role)

  • Assist in day-to-day business operations and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare regular updates for management on sales pipeline and project status.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of combined experience in business development and project delivery within a software/IT services company.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of software project lifecycle and delivery practices (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with UAE business culture and regulations is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
