About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven BD with experience in selling IT Services / CMS platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento), custom eCommerce solutions, and Digital Marketing services including SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMO, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing to international clients. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership, from lead generation and requirement analysis to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, freelance portals (Upwork, etc.), industry databases, and online research for global markets.
- Understand client requirements for Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMO, Content Marketing) as well as CMS and eCommerce solutions (WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, custom development using React, Node, PHP, Laravel).
- Conduct discovery calls, analyze business goals, and recommend suitable digital marketing packages or custom web/eCommerce solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, SOWs, pricing models, and solution pitches, collaborating with internal technical and marketing teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle independently, including negotiations, deal closure, and achieving revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and support smooth client onboarding.
- Update CRM and sales pipeline, stay updated with market trends, and contribute to overall sales strategy improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–7+ years of international sales experience in Digital Marketing services / IT sales (CMS & eCommerce development)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento 2 & custom development stack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage full sales cycles independently.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.

- Activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings, proposals)
Education
- MBA in Marketing preferred (not mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree with strong sales background
- Bachelor’s / Master from Tech Background
