Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development professional to lead client acquisition across industries. This role focuses on selling digital marketing solutions to mid-to-large B2B organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital sales, the ability to consult clients on their growth goals, and experience closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target B2B clients across multiple industries for digital marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as founders, CMOs, marketing heads, and business leaders
- Understand client business challenges and recommend tailored digital marketing
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, networking, and partnerships
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, strategy, creative, and tech) to develop proposals and presentations
- Represent Logicloop at industry events, conferences, and business networking forums
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, technology, or consulting services
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and tech-led solutions across industries
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing long sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Strategic, target-driven, and proactive with strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
