As part of our regional growth strategy, we are seeking a Business Development Director based in Riyadh to lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion in Saudi Arabia.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving high-value opportunities, strengthening relationships with government entities and major brands, and positioning MCH Global as a preferred experiential partner in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth

Lead and execute business development strategy for Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on Riyadh and key national initiatives.

Identify, pursue, and secure high-value opportunities across experiential marketing, live events, public activations, and brand experiences.

Drive revenue growth through long-term contracts, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and repeat business.

Meet and exceed annual revenue and growth targets aligned with regional objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain senior-level relationships with government entities, semi-government bodies, corporate brands, and agencies across KSA and the GCC.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic objectives and translating them into experiential solutions.

Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures.
Partnerships & Market Positioning

Leverage strong industry networks to form strategic alliances with venues, suppliers, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.

Represent MCH Global at industry events, forums, and high-level networking functions.

Strengthen MCH Global’s presence and reputation within the Saudi events and experiential market.
Proposals, Pitches & Collaboration

Lead the development and presentation of high-impact proposals and pitches, showcasing MCH Global’s creative, technical, and strategic capabilities.

Collaborate closely with creative, production, and project teams to ensure commercially viable and executable solutions.

Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery while maintaining client confidence and satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and Vision 2030-related opportunities to identify new revenue streams.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market expansion and investment opportunities.
Requirements

Language:
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years of business development or senior sales experience within the events or experiential marketing industry in KSA or the GCC.

Industry Network:
Established, senior-level relationships with decision-makers across government, corporate, and brand sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in securing large-scale, high-value events, activations, or long-term partnerships.

Commercial Acumen:
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close complex deals.

Confident presenter and relationship-builder at C-suite and government level.

Ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies aligned with regional goals.
