Business Development Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive revenue. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and executing business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and high-value deals
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and performance metrics
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead and mentor business development teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR32,000.00 per month
