Business Development Director

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Director (m/f) who can take full ownership of our growth strategy in the GCC region. This is not a routine sales role—you will define how we expand, who we partner with, and how we position ourselves in a highly competitive digital services market. You will act as the bridge between client needs, market opportunities, and our internal delivery teams, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth Ownership:
Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market clients in Kuwait and the GCC region.

Strategic Partnerships:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, procurement teams, and technology leaders.

Sales Leadership:
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure for high-value digital service deals.

Market Expansion Strategy:
Identify new industry opportunities, verticals, and regional markets for expansion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure client requirements are translated into successful solutions.

Pipeline Management:
Maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Brand Representation:
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
7+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation.

Proven Performance:
Demonstrated success in closing high-value B2B deals and achieving revenue targets consistently.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of digital services, software solutions, IT consulting, or technology-driven sales environments.

Communication Skills:
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities at executive level.

Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and build scalable growth strategies.

Leadership Mindset:
You are self-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable taking ownership of business outcomes.
