Business development director ( cleaning services)

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Role Purpose

To grow Klensa’s B2B business by securing cleaning and maintenance contracts with:

  • Abu Dhabi government departments & municipalities
  • Corporate offices, malls, and real estate developers
  • Airlines and airport operations (ground handling, lounge cleaning, runway cleaning Key responsibilities Build and manage relationships with government procurement offices, facility management companies, and aviation partners. Register Klensa with government and semi-government vendor portals (ADGM, Modon, Aldar, ADNOC, Etihad, etc.). Identify, prepare, and submit tenders, proposals, and RFPs. Achieve clear monthly and quarterly business targets. Attend relevant exhibitions, industry events, and supplier meetings. Coordinate with Klensa’s operations team to ensure service excellence and compliance. --- Requirements Minimum 4–6 years of business development experience in cleaning or facilities management. Strong network within Abu Dhabi government, corporate, or airline sectors. Familiarity with tender processes, prequalification, and vendor registration. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). UAE driving license and Abu Dhabi market knowledge are a must.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
