Job Description

We are hiring a highly motivated Business Development Intern with strong interest in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be energetic, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with clients across digital platforms. You will play a key role in generating leads, initiating conversations, and supporting our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients.
• Craft and send cold emails to generate interest and open conversations.
• Assist in managing client acquisition funnels and follow-ups.
• Identify potential prospects based on defined criteria.
• Maintain and update CRM/lead sheets regularly.
• Research industries, market trends, and prospect backgrounds.
• Coordinate with the BD team in preparing proposals and sales pitches.
• Track outreach performance and optimize messaging for better results.

Requirements

• Strong interest in business development, sales, or B2B outreach.
• Bachelors Degree ( On going – Completed ) in BBA , Marketing or related field.
• Freshers with potential are also encouraged to apply.
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Good written communication skills for professional email drafting.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn tools, email tools, or CRM is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn fast.
