We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Electrical Business Development Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in electrical engineering with strong business acumen to identify new opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical and industrial automation sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product and service capabilities.

• Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to design customized solutions for clients.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Support tendering, pricing, and proposal preparation.

• Achieve assigned sales and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in electrical engineering or technical sales/business development.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, and automation solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAD tools or project software is a plus.
