Business Development Engineer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Engineer with a strong technical and commercial background in construction to help us grow our project portfolio and client base across the Kingdom.

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector
• Build, nurture, and expand client relationships with key stakeholders
• Perform market analysis and competitive intelligence
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and bids
• Support contract negotiations and project handovers
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

QualificationsMust-have:

• Saudi national (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline
• 3–8+ years of experience in business development or sales in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop winning proposals and understand technical/financial Requirements Preferred:
• Experience with CRM and business analytics tools
• Proven track record in winning project contracts
• Network of industry contacts in Saudi construction
• Fluent in Arabic and English
