Business Development Engineer
Key Responsibilities المهام الوظيفية
- Acquire O&M / Maintenance contracts (monthly & annual)
جلب عقود الصيانة والتشغيل (شهرية وسنوية) - Build relationships with:
- Property owners
ملاك العقارات - Property management companies
شركات إدارة الأملاك - Consultants & developers
المكاتب الاستشارية
- Property owners
- Prepare and negotiate technical & commercial proposals
إعداد وتسعير عروض الأسعار الفنية والمالية - Close deals and hand over signed contracts to operations
إغلاق الصفقات وتسليم العقود الموقعة لفريق التشغيل - Develop a continuous pipeline of O&M opportunities
بناء قاعدة عملاء مستمرة لعقود الصيانة
- Minimum 3 years experience in O&M, Facilities Management, Business Development in construction
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الصيانة والتشغيل أو إدارة المرافق أو تطوير الأعمال - Strong understanding of O&M contracts and pricing
معرفة جيدة بعقود الصيانة والتشغيل وتسعيرها - Strong negotiation & communication skills
مهارات تفاوض وإقناع عالية - Existing market connections are a strong advantage
وجود علاقات سابقة بالسوق يُعد ميزة قوية
