ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Aproposdrive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Engineer, where you’ll drive growth by building strong OEM relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our cutting-edge electric motors and controllers. This role combines strategic business development with market analysis, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our presence in the EV industry.

Your Role Will Be:

  • Execute business development strategies for the company’s products and services in the domestic market.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with potential and existing customers, aligned with their EV strategy.
  • Introduce and position Aproposdrive’s products with OEMs for business acquisition.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions meeting customer expectations.
  • Track accounts receivables and follow up to ensure timely collections.

Your Contribution at Aproposdrive:

  • Develop detailed customer mapping for each target segment.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent Aproposdrive as a trusted partner for advanced electric motors and controllers in the EV ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education:
  • UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical, or Mechanical.
  • PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Business Administration (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience in EV, Auto Ancillary, Auto Component, or Robotics sectors.
  • Proven success in generating and converting new business leads in the automotive segment.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Independent yet collaborative working style with stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and customer needs.
  • Dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
