Business Development Engineer - HVAC

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer / Business Development Engineer (HVAC Specialist) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems along with proven experience in sales and business development within the engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an Business Development Engineer in the field of HVAC Specialist
  • Generate new leads and identify business opportunities in HVAC projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong sales from lead generation to project closure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients.
  • Promote HVAC engineering solutions, value engineering, and innovative system designs.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to understand project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and procurement teams to ensure competitive pricing and accurate solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Engineer or Sales Engineer in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in AutoCAD (2D and/or 3D)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
