Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director and working closely with the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building long-term client relationships.
This position is ideal for a commercially minded professional who is confident engaging with business owners, senior decision-makers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into successful business outcomes across both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultation, discovery, and advisory meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, market research, and strategic outreach.
- Manage both company-generated and self-sourced leads throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Present company solutions and services tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and successfully close deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to support business growth initiatives and ensure excellent client experience.
- Follow up consistently on leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
- Represent the company at meetings, presentations, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales, revenue, and performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UAE Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives, business owners, and key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while taking ownership of business opportunities from lead generation to closure.
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-border business opportunities is an advantage.
- Previous experience within a UAE Corporate Service Provider (CSP), business consultancy, company formation, immigration, residency, banking, tax, or related professional services environment is highly preferred.
