Business Development Execuitve - Linkedln Outreach

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients or candidates on LinkedIn

Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages

Manage and maintain LinkedIn outreach campaigns

Build and nurture professional relationships with prospects

Track responses, engagement, and lead conversions

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

Maintain accurate records of communication and leads

Requirements:

Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or a similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)

Ability to personalize messages and engage prospects effectively

Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM tools

Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies

Time management and organizational skills

Shift : Night (8pm - 5am)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
