Business Development Executive

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Client success partner/business development executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi . In this role, you'll focus on generating property listings through daily outreach and help maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities for the office.


Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to property owners and landlords to secure new listings
  • Collect and update accurate property information in our system
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Work with the sales and leasing teams to match listings with the right clients
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new developments


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate, telesales, or a similar field
  • Strong skills in lead generation, client outreach, and communication
  • Confident negotiator and a team player
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is preferred
