Job Timing: 6 PM - 3 AM PK Time, Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

Job Description:

We're in search of an individual with a talent for building genuine connections and sparking interest in our client agencies. As a Business Development Executive, you serve as the first point of contact, tasked with engaging leads and nurturing those crucial initial relationships. Your impact is pivotal to the growth of our client agencies, uncovering potential business prospects, igniting initial interest, and laying the foundation for a seamless transition to their sales teams. Leveraging your excellent communication skills and innate ability to connect with people, you'll play a vital role in assisting our clients in expanding their customer base.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Outreach:

  • Identify and target potential customers through research, lead lists, and database management.
  • Ability to make 100-150 cold calls per day.
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads with interest in our products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria before passing them to the sales team.

2. Lead Qualification:

  • Initiate meaningful discussions with prospects to grasp their needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Evaluate how well our solutions align with their requirements and assess their level of interest and readiness to progress in the sales process.

3. Building Relationships:

  • Establish genuine rapport and foster relationships with potential customers, focusing on understanding their distinct business needs.
  • Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our offerings and how they effectively address the prospect's pain points.

4. Appointment Setting:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to arrange meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with qualified leads.
  • Maintain precise records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

5. Communication and Follow-Up:

  • Craft and deliver concise, compelling messages that captivate prospects interest and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and guide them through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of cold calling experience in the USA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English with a neutral or American accent
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Analytical mindset and a willingness to learn digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Results-driven and highly organized.

This position comes with specific working requirements:

· A dedicated, quiet workspace with a comfortable desk and chair

· A fast laptop with a good quality webcam

  • This is a full-time work based in the USA with U.S. working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
