- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring excellent service and timely order updates.
- Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and sales progress.
