Job Title: Business Development Executive

Overview:
Join our dynamic real estate BDE and become the first point of contact for property buyers, sellers, and agents. You’ll deliver seamless service across calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email, assisting with property inquiries and managing customer relationships professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to property listings, documentation, site visits, and service features.
  • Engage with clients via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat—ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Provide property information, resolve queries, and guide customers on process and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel or company systems.
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues to senior management and coordinate resolutions.
  • Support sales and property management teams with lead follow-ups, scheduling, and basic process explanations.
  • Collect and share customer feedback for process improvement.
  • Adhere to service standards—polite, professional, and empathetic communication.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 0–3 years’ experience in BDE; real estate background preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections with patience.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with WhatsApp Business, email, and Excel.
  • Capable of handling multiple queries, working under pressure, and managing task priorities.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Education: 10+2, graduate preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Customer query handling (voice and non-voice)
  • Convincing and relationship building
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, email, and Excel
  • Pressure handling and multitasking
  • Fast learner, familiar with real estate processes (property listing, verification, documentation, etc.)
