Role Overview:
We are urgently hiring a Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales and has experience in business development. If you have a good understanding of the Indian market, we want you to join our growing team. Sales knowledge is a must, and incentives are offered based on performance. The potential to earn beyond your base salary is available!

Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients and introduce our education programs.
• Build relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with incentive-based rewards.
• Organize events and collaborate with marketing campaigns.
• Ensure long-term post-sale customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in education or trading).
• Strong sales knowledge (Indian market experience is compulsory, international market knowledge is a bonus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives (earn beyond base salary).
