Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing SaaS company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our CRM solutions to potential customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.

Product Promotion & Demonstration

  • Present, promote, and demonstrate the CRM system to prospects via meetings, calls, and online demos.
  • Effectively communicate the product’s value proposition, features, and ROI to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding and coordination with support teams.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance sales processes, product positioning, and marketing approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or CRM solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
