We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing SaaS company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our CRM solutions to potential customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Product Promotion & Demonstration
- Present, promote, and demonstrate the CRM system to prospects via meetings, calls, and online demos.
- Effectively communicate the product’s value proposition, features, and ROI to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding and coordination with support teams.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Market Research & Strategy
- Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance sales processes, product positioning, and marketing approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or CRM solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
